อัครา นักทำนา ศิลปินภาพถ่ายและภัณฑารักษ์ เกิดเมื่อปี 1979 และเติบโตที่กรุงเทพฯ งานภาพถ่ายของเขาได้เข้าร่วมแสดงในหลายๆเทศกาลภาพถ่าย เช่น Miami Street Photography Festival 2013, Singapore International Photo Festival 2016, Photo Bangkok Festival 2015-2018, Dali International Photo Festival 2019, ฯลฯ Signs หนังสือภาพถ่ายของเขาถูกนำเสนอที่งาน NY Art Book Fair 2016 จัดขึ้นที่ MoMA PS1 และถูกจัดเก็บไว้ที่ Franklin Furnace Archive and MoMA Library ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของ Anamorphosis Prize 2016 อัคราก่อตั้ง CTypeMag ตั้งแต่ปี 2016 และเปิดแกลลอรี่ภาพถ่ายในกรุงเทพฯในปี 2021 มุ่งหวังที่จะสนับสนุนศิลปะภาพถ่ายร่วมสมัยจากทั่วโลกโดยเฉพาะศิลปินที่ยังไม่เป็นที่รู้จัก ในส่วนของการเป็นภัณฑารักษ์ อัคราคัดเลือกผลงานภาพถ่ายไปจัดแสดงในหลาย ๆ นิทรรศการ เช่น นิทรรศการภาพถ่ายกลุ่ม “นักตีความ” ในปี 2022 ที่พิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะไทยร่วมสมัย (MOCA), "ภาพถ่ายไม่โกหก" ในปี 2024 ที่หอศิลปวัฒนธรรมแห่งกรุงเทพมหานคร (BACC) ปัจจุบันอัคราเป็นศิลปินภาพถ่าย และภัณฑารักษ์ให้กับทางคัดมันดูโฟโต้แกลลอรี่

 

Akkara Naktamna (Ning), a photo artist and curator, was born in 1979 and grew up in Bangkok. His photo works have been shown at many photography festivals, such as the Miami Street Photography Festival in 2013, the Singapore International Photo Festival in 2016, the Photo Bangkok Festival from 2015 to 2018, and the Dali International Photo Festival in 2019, among others. His photo zine "Signs" was featured at the NY Art Book Fair in 2016 at MoMA PS1 and is archived at the Franklin Furnace Archive and the MoMA Library as part of the Anamorphosis Prize in 2016. Akkara founded CTypeMag in 2016 and opened a photo gallery in Bangkok in 2021, aiming to support contemporary photography from around the world, especially from unknown artists. As a curator, Akkara has selected photographic works for various exhibitions, such as the group photo exhibition "Interpreters" in 2022 at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) and "Photography Never Lies" in 2024 at the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre (BACC). Currently, Akkara is a photo artist and curator at Kathmandu Photo Gallery.
